The Concultant of Her Majesty The Queen of Great Britain commended the wine produced by 46 Parallel
“One of the world’s top wine critics – Jensis Robinson – commended the wines of 46 Parallel Wine Group. Renowned wine columnist of the Financial Times, owner of the Order of the British Empire, tasted Ukrainian wines and rated them on a 20-point scale ranging from “Distinguished” to “Superior”” – writes Drinks +.
Owing to the Drinks + Communicative Media Group Jensis Robinson tasted the wines of several companies in London – 46 Parallel, Beykush, Shabo. Both 46 Parallel Wine Group wines, which were provided for tasting, received recognition from the international expert.
- Grand Admiral Brut Nature (classic method of champagne aging on the siege for 21 months, vintage 2018) – 16 points.
- Grand Admiral Merlot (vintage dry red wine, vintage 2016) – 15.5 points.
Samples received high scores and uncompromising comments on the quality of Her Majesty the Queen’s consultant in the UK, which are published on JancisRobinson.com.
– Another sensational news for us from London. Recently, we sincerely rejoiced at the victory of our 7 wines in the London Wine Competition, and now we receive high scores from a world-class wine expert – Jensis Robinson. This independent assessment of such a high-level professional is special for us, – says Anna Gorkun, owner and CEO of 46 Parallel Wine Group. – This is not just a recognition, it is a confirmation that we are moving in the right direction to put Ukraine on the wine map of the world and worthily confirm our credo “Proudly Ukrainian”. Together with our colleagues – SHABO and Beykush Winery – we once again demonstrate to the world that there is a wine-making Ukraine, that domestic wines are worthy of being known and highly valued on all continents. This initiative would hardly have succeeded if not for Drinks +, for which they are especially grateful. We are moving forward in the direction of new victories!
